Fees
The full conference fee includes admission to all conference sessions, the exhibition, refreshments, lunches, cocktail and gala dinner. Holders of day passes will get admission to the conference sessions, the exhibition, refreshments and lunch on the day for which they have registered.
Presenters are also liable for registration fees.
