Registration

Registrations closed. We trust that everybody have paid and sent us their proof of payment. A reminder of what you had to do:

  • Complete the registration form
  • Pay the registration fee
  • Send us your proof of payment
  • Arrange your own transport and accommodation

Please note the following:

  • Early bird registrations close on 15 July 2006.
  • Normal registrations close on 4 September 2006.
  • The full conference fee includes admission to all conference sessions, the exhibition, refreshments, daily lunch, cocktail and gala dinner.
  • Holders of day passes will get admission to the conference sessions, the exhibition, refreshments and lunch on the day for which they have registered.
  • Presenters are also liable for registration fees.

Don’t wait until the last moment – register now because seats are limited!

By submitting the form you accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy.

It is extremely important to indicate the following reference information on your deposit slip or electronic transfer request: CITTE 2006: XXXXXX (XXXXXX is your registration Ref. Number as per the confirmation web page and invoice)

Important note for delegates from outside South Africa:
You are liable for the foreign funds transfer fees and should add that to your registration fee. Please get the information from your local bank.

Terms and conditions

Letters of invitation for visa applications
Letters of invitation required for visa applications will only be issued once the registration fee of the delegate has been paid in full. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!

Cancellations and substitutions

Requests for changes, substitutions or cancellations must be in writing.
Delegates cancelling before 18 August 2006 will forfeit 50% of their registration fee.
No refunds will be made for cancellations on or after 18 August 2006.
Requests for substitutions will be accepted up to the start of the conference.
Requests for changes such as extra dinner tickets or changed dietary requirements will be accepted until 4 September 2006.

Privacy policy
We will publish only your name and the name of your institution in the List of delegates that will appear on the web site.
We will only disclose your name and contact details to the vendors who participate in the conference if you have given your explicit permission on the registration form.
The use of your contact details by the vendors will be restricted by an agreement between the vendors and the conference organisers.
